By the way helpful readers…I had scoured the internet for birthday ideas for Nicky…he uses a very pretty plain white Giraud Limoges porcelain service at the Hunting Lodge and I had found this terribly pretty tea set on the internet, and was devastated it was no longer for sale.
If you EVER see anything like it for sale, please do let me know… Secretly of course.

Love to own this myself!
Will keep my eyes peeled. Have you tried China Replacements located in North Carolina U.S.A.
I did see something like this last weekend here in Massachusetts. I am going to an event tomorrow where the set will be on display. I’ll photograph it for you-if it has not yet sold.
Hello, Colette-
This is so lovely-and I see why it would be perfect at his country house. I am sure it will turn up and someone somewhere will find it.
You would also love the newest design by Hermes-which has a similar very graceful pattern of ferns and imagery like a country etching.
Good luck-and I promise to keep it a secret.
I hope to join your favorites on your great blog roll among all my blogger friends.
cheers, DIANE

Fantastic pattern - love this.
I think I saw this china at Neiman Marcus this past weekend! Atlanta, Georgia U.S.A.
May want to check it out!
It occurs to me that the ‘Nautilus’ coral/anemone patterns by Natural History (www.origin-of-style.com) are not disimilar to the pattern. Natural History is handled by Rumour PR. Rumour PR also has a client called Roost Living (www.roostliving.com) which does very delicate ceramic tableware. Not as refined as the one in your example but heading in that direction. It occurs to me that perhaps Natural History could print their coral pattern on to Roost’s china … Or something.
